The Purpose of Collecting Data

Email Marketing

This website does not collect any personally identifiable data from its users. You are free to browse this site without submitting any contact details. However, for those that opt in, we provide an e-newsletter twice a year to update subscribers with the progress of our project. We may also send emails regarding important news or upcoming events. To subscribe to our newsletter we require your name and email address. We do not share these details with any other parties. Our email marketing service is provided by Mailchimp, which stores our email contacts for us, and automates the subscription process. It is possible to unsubscribe from our mail list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of our email communications. The Mailchimp privacy policy can be viewed here.

Our use of tracking cookies

We use tracking cookies to help us understand how our visitors find our site, which pages are being viewed, how much time is spent on our site, and what percentage of our visitors are returning versus new. This helps us understand where our site is under performing so that we can make to make improvements and at the same time improve the user experience.

The tool we use

The reporting tool that we use is Google Analytics. Google’s analytics tool “helps website and app owners to understand how their visitors engage with their properties. Google Analytics demographics and interest reporting is enabled on our platform. This data is collected through Google's advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers in addition to data collected through a standard Google Analytics implementation. This reporting feature provides us with additional information about our visitors, including age, gender and interest categories reports.

How to opt out
