We are pleased to report that the Arctic Convoy Museum has been awarded “Working Towards Accreditation” by Museums Galleries Scotland. This means we have surmounted the first hurdle to becoming an accredited museum.
The Accreditation Scheme helps museums do things the right way by making sure they manage their collections properly, engage with visitors, and are governed to an agreed standard
We will now be working to a deadline to demonstrate to the peer review process that we are implementing best practice across all our activities.
